Fairly clean, nicely decorated hotel, brand-new rooms and nice staff. Good options for breakfast with sweet pastries, juices. Marvellous and fantastic location in London, next to multiple restaurants and grocery stores at Queensway, Lancaster Gate or Queensway tube station and centre of building. Besides, very convenient to Sussex Gardens Open Space.

It was in an excellent and stunning location with a royal museum nearby. The airport was 20 km away. The staff was competent and everything was first-class.

Liked the room with a bath tub, my bed was big. The location was excellent for getting around, as a train station was not far from the hotel. Ate at Bel Canto Restaurant, it's at a moderate distance from the venue.
